The coupon I won as my second prize allows me to fill a crate for free. The option appears when you tap on a train or plane crate.

Mine just appeared when I went to fill a crate on the train. You can choose to fill your crate as normal, (load), signal for help as normal, and there's now another load option which is to use coupons.

I think that's a prize you get from the event. It's a coupon to fill a crate for free. You can get 2 or 3 at a time. That's why you see 2/1.
