Ban Members Who Don't Take Part in Regatta?

Lately, the Co-op I am in, (note: I am Co-Leader) has members that are freeloaders which some of the other members have dubbed "zeroes"! They don't help in the Regatta and they get rewards for free. Is there a way to ban people who don't help in the Regatta? Thanks. I need advice.

Not ban, but you can kick them. (whether they can come back depends on the status of your coop)

I know what to change in the co-op building to keep zeroes from joining automatically by reading the other post.
