In order to activate your account here, you must click the link you got in an email (the email address you used to register here). Right now, it shows that you haven't done so. Please do it, then open the forum again, and see if you still get that error.

If you are referring to the forum account registration, you must check your email (the address you used to create your account) and click on the link you received. Afterwards, close the forum, re-open and log in again.
