    Connection with games keeps failing

    Playing this game a couple of weeks now. Every now and then the connection is gone or there won't be any connection at all. It takes ages to download the game. Help needed.

    Why does my connection keep dropping?
    If you're having connection problems while playing, please do the following:

    1. Make sure you're connected to a network and that your connection is stable. Keep in mind that sometimes networks get overloaded or malfunction, meaning that the connection may not be stable regardless of what the indicator says.
    2. If you're using mobile internet, try switching to Wi-Fi. We recommend using Wi-Fi or 3G/4G since they offer a better connection.
    3. You can also try restarting your device and reloading the game.

    If none of that helped, open another application to check your connection. If the problem persists, it likely has to do with your internet connection rather than the game. In that case, contact your internet provider.

    If the problem only occurs when you're playing Gardenscapes, please contact our customer support.
