I have been stuck on this level for weeks, have watched u-tube help to no avail! Aaghh

I just don’t get this level at all. Most levels if you play a few times you can figure out which of the boosts will help, but I don’t see how any will help on this level. I think I could throw one of each boost and use extra time and it still wouldn’t help! HELP!!!
