Problem with mistake payment and no response

Hi!
I have a big problem. By mistake I bought 150000 coins instead 12000. I use 1000 coins before I notice mistake. I bought 1000 coins to compensate. Google Play store refused to return money. I contact with support in game, but they didn't answer since 30.07.2017. What should I do?
