    Lost all progress and coins

    I lost my progress (went from level 615 to 206) and the coins I had bought (I lost 45,000 coins). I tried reinstalling the game and nothing has worked and the support team won't answer my messages. Someone please help.

    Sometimes it can take them a few days to get back to you.

    If you were connected to facebook, did you try disconnecting and reconnecting?

    If you contacted them via the web, try contacting them in-game and vice versa. (Web - https://playrix.helpshift.com/a/gardenscapes/?p=web)

    It may also be helpful if you can show them a screenshot of your receipt for the coins (from Apple or Google Play or whatever)

    If they don't answer, keep trying! I'm sorry this happened to you and I hope you can get your stuff back
