    Just another error on my Windows 10 game!!! My third train, even though Full, will not leave the station. Playrix is it not about time you sorted out our problems with the Windows game. We certainly have paid out enough money, time and effort in the game. The zoo disappearing was bad enough but now the third train will not move. By the way I am on level 60. Shame on Playrix!!

    I don't think they care, seems they're replying to mac and android users, just not us! Disgusted in how we get ignored with in game events and ignored when we need help too!

Kindly note that due to the fact that the Windows version of the game is different from the ones on other platforms, updates of it are released on different dates.

    Also, there is no technical error with the Regatta seasons in the game right now. Our specialists are working on the new season at the moment and it will start after the current Wild West season is over. Your patience and understanding are highly appreciated!

    In a trouble ticket response, the CS rep told me there is an update that I don't have. I thought the latest update overall was still not available for Windows platform folks. Am I mistaken and I just can't find a thread saying how we can update the game?

    I don't understand the new update . We've got nothing else than a classic update . The androids, ios, kindle, mac... have events every month (and for us only 4 or 5 a year !!!), and 3 new factories, and we've got nothing new ... i'm not motivated anymore to play this game . I only feel that we are the forgotten as usual . I've been playing this game for more than 1 year, and all i saw is that the other platforms always get everything . The new update, if it was it last week just allowed us to get secured by facebook that we lost 2 weeks ago . And all the members of my coop agree on the fact that they are not motivated too because of that and because of the bugs that appeared : no facebook during a week and the seasonal decos of the 5th season are the decos of the 3rd season ! Really very deceived of everything . Hope it was not the real update and another one will appear soon ...

    hope something will be done to solve all your bugs . My zoo disappeared when they created the yachtclub a few months ago . I wrote 5 times to them and no answer . All i can say for you : cross fingers...

    so why do we get for the 2nd time the wild west season (season 3) after the art one (season 4) ??? not fair for us and really deceiving ...

    Contacted Playrix via Help & Support. The night shift passed the problem onto the dayshift so I was informed. Then all of a sudden my 3rd train was disabled and I had to repair it at 14,000 gold coins. It is working now but I have not been compensated. Also there was no message from them informing me of this action. I suppose I should be grateful for small mercies in that my 3rd train is now working.

    Does anyone know if the new Windows update means that the devs fixed the zoo bug? I don't want to get my zoo restored just to lose it again if they haven't fixed the bug yet.

    Any insight would be appreciated, as I still don't see an announcement in the News subforum, and the notes in game say nothing of a zoo bug fix. (I also don't use FB, so can't go there to check.)

    Hi;
    I didn't anything about it either, but I rebuilt my zoo about 3 weeks ago and it is still going strong. Waiting for a day it disappears again. I will be the last time.
