    Game problem... I can't play!!!

    Today mi game was blocked without any reason. I'm a daily player and I earn my cash just gaming and watching videos... Even i've bougth cash with my credit card some times, so I consider is unfair this situación. I request help inmediately and my game back...

    Hi Grace, ideally, you would use the button provided on the ban notice to contact Customer Support about this. That way your technical data is included automatically. If that method won’t work, you can use this form. You'll probably be asked to provide receipts for your purchases, so having those ready is wise.
