Township: migrate from Windows phone 8.1 to android

Houston I have a problem::
I today wanted to switch phones from Windows phone 8.1 - Microsoft lumia 640 to Android phone ASUS ZENPHONE 2E I made sure to have Facebook connected unable to recover my township but if I go back to the lumia windows phone it goes back to my town

We can sync only 2 devices using the same OS. As your phones don't use the same system, you can't recover your town.

You can always report the issue from within your android game and ask the devs if they can port some of your town over but I would be surprise.
