Regatta rewards not received and demoted - why?!?

I never received my rewards and have been demoted from Golden to Silver league despite coming 2nd with my team. When I tried to retrieve my rewards it tells me to wait until the next regatta... not happy at the moment.
If a moderator happens to read this, my team is All Hands On Deck.

This is the exact same issue our coop is facing. We came in second in gold league, now rewards given and demoted to silver. Hope this is fixed soon. Coop name: Philanthropolis. Thanks

Same for us, but we were first and not 2nd
It was a very close race and almost all the players used tcash for the 16th task
Township Troopers (crossed axes on blue shield) is my Co-op

+1 Don't have a rewards and send to silvar ligue from 1st place

We also got demoted from gold to silver whilst ending in 7th place. Also not able to get the rewards. Bloem's coop...just for fun....hope this gets sorted out quick!
