    This is SO frustrating! I am level 93, have played this game for over 2 years!

    I understand. I almost expect my turn will come one day...

    I know they work hard to ameliorate the system but it seem a very difficult job.

    I know they work hard. I know they have a great team, and they already helped me once when I lost my game at level 80 (my tablet crashed).
    I just wish they could respond to our requests/claims in a faster and more efficient way. Waiting for a response for days when you've done nothing wrong and was unfairly banned is beyond frustrating

    And knowing that my teammates don't have a clue about what happened to me is also frustrating. And it is also very upsetting to know that I let my team down (although through no fault of my own), because I got banned right in the middle of a regatta!!!

    I've banned since three weeks. No support. No answers. Nothing.

    3 Weeks.... I don't want to wait 3 more hours for my game to come back.... spent cash just yesterday so really feeling robbed since I got told I was banned a few hours ago.... I pay for the store manger of which I have 2 days left this time...they'll be gone it takes days.
    While it's kinda good to know others are affected with this wrongful cheating ban it doesn't help any of us...unless we all get together, grab a lawyer and sue them for distressing us... figure thats a pipe dream, but the longer this goes on the more I'll dream about it.

    I am, too, feeling robbed, 'cause I've spent a lot of real money on this game over the years. I'm upset, frustrated, disappointed, etc.etc.
    It's been a few days since I contacted Customer Support for the 1st time, and I am really tired of waiting!!!

    Have you, or a member of your co-op been BANNED for "CHEATING", "ILLEGALLY DOWNLOADING DATA", or "SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOR" ...after purchasing town cash and during a regatta?
    This is the 3rd time in as many weeks that we have lost a player due to Playrix's DECEPTIVE BEHAVIOR and not responding to those players IN A TIMELY MANNER. PLAYRIX IS NON-COMPLIANT WITH GOOGLE PLAY'S DEVELOPER T.O.S. IN REFUSING TO RESOLVE THESE PROBLEMS EFFICIENTLY, AND IN NOT CORRECTING THEIR DATA WHICH TARGETS UNSUSPECTING, LEGITIMATE PLAYERS.
    IT IS FURTHER NOTED THAT SAID DEVELOPER PLAYRIX, MAKES NO EFFORT TO COMPENSATE OR APOLOGISE TO ALL PLAYERS WHO HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY THEIR "GLITCHES".
    I AM URGING ALL PLAYERS WHO HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY THESE DECEPTIVE , ALMOST FRAUDULENT PRACTICES, TO CONTACT GOOGLE PLAY SUPPORT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT PLAYRIX'S PRACTICES AND TO ASK FOR SUPPORT IN RESOLVING THE ISSUES.
