Boost to see darkened areas of the mine

I am using an Apple IPad to play the game and I have activated the boost to see the darkened areas of the mine but it does not work.

How do I report from within the game? The support function told me to post on Facebook.

Click on the cog/gear - Help and Support - Technical problems - How to solve a technical problem. Once there, click on the message icon top right. After sending it, you will see a paper clip to add screenshots to your message.
