    Mac OS High Sierra Version 10.13.6 - Game won't load

    An hour ago, I ended the game as normal and wanted to start it again after 30 minutes (I did not have any updates at this time) and it's not working anymore. The blue bar runs up and crashes just before the game is finished loading .. please help!! Thank you!!

    2 members in my co-op have the same problem. If anyone can suggest a solution, could they post it? Machines have been shut down and re-started - TS has been uninstalled and re-installed, but they still can't access the game.

    Just started having load problems about an hour ago. Startup game screen loads and then program crashes after it normally finished the startup screen. Anyone else having this problem. Mac with latest system software. P.S. this was happening before today's system update and after installing today's system update. I've deleted and reinstalled game and rebooted computer twice. Anyone else having this issue?

    after de-installing and re-installing again: TS is loading and opening now.
    Perhaps you try it once again.

    If you are having issues logging in, try this -

    1. Delete the game.
    2. Open Finder. When the Finder window is opened, simply use CMD+SHIFT+G and it will show a pop-up where you can type the following address: /Users/user_name/Library/Containers (please do not forget to substitute "user_name" with your actual user name).
    3. In the opened folder try to find and delete the com.playrix. folder.
    4. Restart your Mac and try to load the game again.
