My game gets stuck on the title screen and won't go any further.
I've tried everything - rebooting, uninstalling/reinstalling.
It's gotta be a problem with their servers.

I haven't been able to get past the loading screen.
I've sent several tickets too.
That doesn't sound like you got an answer. Several is strange (usually not a good sign, that's why I'm asking) + did you reply to the first automated answer? (and not to the 2nd) to stay in one conversation?
If you have an answer and got a ticket number with it (not sure how it works on Mac), you could ask dread for help![]()
This is the response i got:

Hello,
Thank you for contacting our Support Team. This automated message confirms that we've received your request. Please be aware that this is not a live chat. A team member will respond soon.
If you experience any issues that affect the game performance (the game freezes, crashes, quits unexpectedly, etc), please take a look at the articles in this section: http://bit.ly/2glcfYg
If the instructions do not help, kindly reply to this message and answer the questions listed at the end of the corresponding article.
I told them that the problem persists, but so far no reply.
phew... ok, depending on how long ago that was, one possibility would be to ask in that conversation. I haven't seen them lie dead for several days. But as it is unsure whether they have hidden another "if you reply we consider the problem solved"-sentence in it, we could come back to my original suggestion, to send the Conversation ID to dread by PM and ask for help, so that Anna would check witn her colleagues, why the silence.
One can only hope the silence isn't due to them not finding anything.
Now don't tell me, pls, that Mac reports don't have an ID -? In my reports it is like a subheading meanwhile, IIRC: at the beginning of the conversation, somewhere around the date. Should be easy to find -?
In earlier times, it was hidden behind an i in the top right corner.
Anything you could find and copy and send to dread? (and you know how to send them a PM?)
