Felt like being cheated

I'm at level 239 and it already takes me days for that level. Finally I got 34/35 flowers with 4 moves left. And...... it stopped, usually when there're no more moves the game will be automatically shuffled but not this time. 😳😡. I feel like I got robbed because I already used all the powers. I like this game but this is not right.
