    Alas by the time you get through the problem may be solved.
    This has happened before and the same answer was given..not enough RAM.
    I would try Troubleshooting, then Why does my game keep dropping connection.
    Click no it wasn’t helpful..and take it from there.

    Thanks Cuddz, but it's a case of been there, done that!! - closed by the bot . Seems like my problem is that I don't have a problem - I just want to ask a question. But apparently questions aren't allowed....

    I've actually pm'd Nataly Kuzmina seeing as she was bigging up their customer service so much (and submitted the same question through their "helpshift") But I'm not holding my breath for an answer, because it's Playrix's normal reaction that if there are problems with the game, they give no reaction at all.
