    Where is this decoration?

    How do I get this water feature? I see it a lot in other towns it looks like a stream.

    The stream in the picture is called "Creek", and you can find it under the decorations tab with a tree on it (costs 750 coins for each square).

    Wow 4 years of playing and it never dawned on me that you could join them together to make that stream.
