Hello. I'm not able to buy the gold pass for the professors game. I click on it and it says cannot process the purchase. I click the activate button but then it says that. I want to buy but cannot. Is it my phone having the trouble or the game? Help please.

I would recommend to first contact your app store (Google Play, App Store, etc.), as purchases are not made directly with Playrix, but with the store you downloaded the app from. They can check your account for you and see what the causes this issue.
