In the upper right corner of the conversation window there's a paperclip icon, when you tap on it, it will give you the option to attach a file.

That's what I was looking for but didn't see during brief interaction with bot.

I completed my office and was given my last rewards, including the new Profile Pict. But when I try to expand my town, I’m not getting my free land expansion. Has this happened to anyone else, or am I doing something wrong?

all i get is the Townbot who tells me i've already gotten it but it's NOT THERE! do they not give any response? or even check? Is there another way to contact them?

Same here, no expansion coupon received after completing the Mayor's Office.

anybody get any answers back from their tickets? i'm half wondering if the expansion will only be available once the event is 'officially' over?
