    Me too i finish from my office but i cant Find an expansion voucher

    I just finished completing my office, however, I did not receive my coupon to expand the city, in fact, not only me, but the participants of my cooperative did not receive it either.

    all i get is the Townbot who tells me i've already gotten it but it's NOT THERE! do they not give any response? or even check? Is there another way to contact them?

    If you have no land left to open, you will not see that "ticket" anywhere in the game. As soon as they add new land and you go to open one, you will get it for free. In short, we see that free option only when we click on a piece of land we want to open.

    I have lots of empty land to buy still. did find this link here to contact PX directly in case anyone else can't get 'townbot' to understand they didn't really get it

    I also didnt get the land expansion, but have not found a way go report it 'in game'. Can anyone help me please?

    Am another one missing land expansion voucher.
    The bot as useful as a chocolate teapot.
    Can anyone remind me how to attach screenshots to a message.
    Have done so before but cannot remember how

    In the upper right corner of the conversation window there's a paperclip icon, when you tap on it, it will give you the option to attach a file.
