If you're playing on Windows: it's not mentioned above, alas. Windows seems to be one or several updates behind; no explanation from Playrix yet.

There is no update for Windows yet, sorry to say. Only for Android, IOS, Kindle, Mac, as mentioned above. Windows still seems to be missing several updates; no explanation from Playrix yet.

please also have a look at this thread about a sort of bug you introduced in this update, due to adding now really too many products to the Snack Factory, which is annoying enough, but now even without a scrolling hint, at least for some players.

JIC: I didn't check the other factories, whether it happens there also (I think that would have been the task of Playrix' QA ppl).

Eu também estou presa no cenário de Natal, desde Janeiro/2020. Não acho atualização. Eu uso o Jogo na Web e não no Celular. Venho solicitando ajuda e respondem sempre que entrarão em contato comigo e nada! A plataforma do Celular não é igual a do Windons WEB. Se não podem ajudar ou n.ão há atuaização para a plataforma do Windows WEB, falam de uma vez e não ficam enrrolando a gente.

I am also stuck in the Christmas scene, since January / 2020. I don't think update. I use the Game on the Web and not on Mobile.
