Why do I have to replay a level?

Hi everyone!

I just completed level 46: everything went as usual (points, rewards, new challenges, etc.), the progress bar went black, but....the new level is still 46. Why is that?

I have had this issue before, sometimes it corrected itself if I logged out immediately and did not touch my town. As Elvengirl mentioned...could be that the servers did not sync up at the time you leveled up.

I would log out...not touch anything in the town...wait about 5-10 minutes (sometimes longer)...then log back in. If it is still like that...log out again and try to clear the cache...log back in. Still like that...uninstall/reinstall. Last straw...play from there and level back up (have had to do that) and contact support from within the game.

Hope it is already where it should be at this point!
