    Team mate can not leave a inter-seasonal co-op he created

    Our Co-op has a teammate who left to do some interseasonal hopping. He created his own co-op, invited 2 players to join him. Those 2 players were kicked out when the tasks were done, but the co-op leader now cannot leave his own co-op. He does not have the LEAVE button. We had him uninstall and reinstall the game. We tried inviting him to our co-ops (he does not see the invites). We reached out to Support on his behalf (after he was told by Support to communicate with them in English). We were careful to keep his system specifications at the bottom of our emails.

    Has anyone had a similar problem where the LEAVE button is missing on the Co-op tab? If so, how did you fix it? We have been "working" with Support since 1/28/2020 and have had numerous tickets opened and closed by them with no results.

    It looks to me from the spinning loading wheel in the picture that he is not connected to the Playrix server...I know I have a glitchy internet sometimes and when I can't connect to Playrix server that type of image comes up in place of my normal co-op view.
    If it's not the internet connection, then I don't know. I assume he's checked his wifi and done a complete computer restart?

    I had exactly the same problem on the last Windows IS (minus the two other players). When I tried to leave the temporary co-op, I got stuck and couldn't leave or access the co-op settings, chat box or inbox. I did not receive invites that had bee sent to me. Other players could not see me in a co-op or even find the co-op by searching. I had been halfway through a two plane task and had actually been able to do the second plane and have it show that I wasn't doing the task anymore, although I could not access the task board.

    It took me ten days of back and forth with Playrix support (part of which was because the support person had taken the weekend off!) to get the problem rectified. I don't know what they did, but one of the senior posters on this forum did something to speed things along. I missed the IS as well as the regatta that followed.

    Keep talking to Playrix support and good luck. Let us know when the problem gets solved.

    Thank you for the replies. Yes we have had him reload the game and check his wi-fi. We have also been in touch with support and they have not been helpful.
    I am trying to contact the administrators on this forum. Cross my fingers they can help. Lobo
