Регата. Пропажа заданий

Взяла задание,начала делать, затем вышла из игры. Зашла в игру через час,а задание в удаленных. Как решить эту проблему? Наш союз потерял очки!

Please report this problem from within your game. They are investigating the problem of the grayed out task and need all the report from the players.

To report a problem, click on the cog (settings), then on Help and Support, then a section (like regatta). Look on the top right of the screen and you will see a chat icon. Click on it and explain your problem.
