Town friend requests help ... but doesn’t show item on train.

I’ve never had this happen to me - shows help needed on town friend’s train but can’t see what is needed.

This has happened to other co-op members when they didn’t have a game update yet so couldn’t harvest or make that particular item.
I am totally updated - Level 126 and have all factories, etc. Not sure why I would be seeing this.

Someone here probably knows ... thanks! 😊

The player in question must be a beta tester and that's why you can't see what they need.
