also, be aware that the money that goes into the Piggy is additional Tcash, that you don't get at all otherwise. So it's just a sale in the end, and nothing unfair about it.

I don't find nothing unfair about it because they do discounts, and they also offer free cash in the house of luck, they offer having it by helping others, they also do a lot of new challenges you can win a great township cash! As they are game developers they can do what market there game in free & paid too!

Not for everyone, so it may be a platform thing.
Mine returned the day after the Mayors Office thing, and I still have it, not sure how long it stays before disappearing.
However for me I have noticed, when a tcash offer is given the Piggy disappears fir a while.
