For security...I would just uninstall the game & ignore it from then on out. Step further ask Playrix to delete all of the information.

Yes it's the only way you would get the same town.

I agree with Twilight, just delete it from your device.
Unless you want to give it to a family member or someone you trust with your Apple ID
