Hi everyone...I can ask saw and bricks and upgrading materials from my mates but they can not request from me...why is that???

Did they already request anything from that tab recently?

There is a separate timer on the new chat request tab for building materials.

After we do a request under that tab, we can't ask again for any of those items for 24 hours.

Yes, Jutta13 must the Gold Pass and the "request materials" reward (an early one) so they can do it but their teammates who cannot request them must not have purchased the Gold Pass (or have but haven't collected the reward yet)
