Some co-op members don't participate yet at the end we share the gifts.this is not fair because some times only two people take up the tasks

Team members that don't participate should be restricted from racing in the regatta. You could also look for a better co-op.

Players who are marked as not racing don't get the regatta prizes. Players can change this setting themselves, or the coop leader or coleader can change it for them.

It is a good idea to do this because the game will group you in the regatta with other coops that gave the same number of racers.
