    I would suggest doing as SunDog has done and request a refund, then purchase again.
    Or alternatively report the issue.
    Don't send more than one report, if you have sent several close them and start just one report.
    With one report you are more likely to get an answer etc.
    Be aware that it can take a few days to get any reply.

    Thanks for the advice. Do you know how is it possible to close a chat in the Help and Support section?

    Go to your list if chats and open them as if you are going to reply.
    there should be an option in there to close the report and mark it as solved.

    Well, surprisingly there's none. That's why I was wondering whether there was another solution to delete a chat. I guess only the Customer Service can do so.
