    Gold Pass does not work

    Any idea how long it will be before the gold pass lets you claim the upper level rewards?

    yes. only the lower rewards can be collected.

    Anna, have you any idea when Playrix will have this sorted? Lots of repair tickets filed thought I'd see if you'd heard.

    i have the same problem.
    I bought the gold pass this morning.
    I received a confirmation from Apple by mail.
    But I do not get the special rewards only the lower rewards.

    Same here Medamana, so frustrating. I have 5 gold rewards I can't access plus none of the 'perks' were given to me

    I sent a report to the support with screenshots.
    I hope to get an answer before the end of the "experiment".

    I also play on iPad and mine worked fine. I have not yet updated to iOS 13, tho.

    iOS seems to be working Mayfield but every Macbook and iMac players I know who have paid for the pass haven't been able to access the gold pass goodies. It keeps wanting you to buy another one. Several people purchased again but it didn't help. Quite a few have asked and gotten refunds from iTunes. The experiment isn't going very well

    Unfortunately Anna isn't always here to see our posts.
    One tip though...only send 1 support ticket, if you have more close them out. You are more likely to get a response and a quicker one.
    If you meant lots of people have sent them then all you can do is wait. Playrix will probably send out a fix if it is only Mac that is having this issue.
