For the regatas with the chests, can they be reconfigured so that you can work on all three tasks at one time, like the notepad tasks? I find the waiting to fill one at a time a little frustrating.

The chests are configured that way because unlike the combo tasks (the notepad ones), you don't have to complete all of them yourself, other members of the co-op can take one of those tasks, and you all get the credit as the tasks count towards the co-op goals. And as long as you complete at least one task from a chest, that chest will still count towards your personal goals.

However, if you are racing alone, that means that you'll have to do all 3 tasks from a chest by yourself, one at the time, in order to get the chest at the end of the race.
