Ok. I have noticed that township dosen always show the naximum. mainly on things like houses… it will say 1/1 until it is 1/2.

Here is, what they at least answered:

The now blue first sentence - which is meant as their explanation to getting "100 thank you letters in one day" from the same person - would still mean that you had helped one and the same person 100 times in one day, whatever their name was on that day and wherever they came from on your Help request tab.
I find it rather unlikely that you wouldn't even remember these many helps? and maybe say, "but I helped xx and then got letters from y".
OTOH, as nothing (bad) followed up of it, nice occurrence
