My goodness, that's magnificent!!! The details are amazing and your skills are outstanding, you are quite the craftsman. Thanks so much for sharing this.

    Thank you very much!
I might will repeat the recording process to include the Ballroom.
The accompanying song gives some space to do so.

So, the couple from under the willow tree have moved into your Christmas village!

Fantastic work, but you are setting yourself a hard act to follow next year!

I wouldl like to created a Lodge in the shape of a dollhouse after watching all those species! But since Anne is happy that the living room is no longer a construction site, I will limit it to the intended facade.

You're welcome, happy to hear it possibly sparked some more ideas for future endeavors. Am curious to see how the creation of dollhouse would come about. Lol...I bet she is. Did she create the lovely window art hanging above the grand affair?

    Even the willow is there

I did the trick last year so I'll take the challenge...
Next year perhaps a different scene than the fairground and expansion to two of the four panels under the window sill...

Yes, Anne created the window art and worked on a decoration next to our chrChristmas tree and a display on the Side board

I laughed when I saw the kissing couple, cos of Chiosnic's remark (thanks!) So much to recognize, and so amazing what you realised there, with your love to detail and your ability to re-create your town - plus some more! Grand, and a lot of other positive words and praise.

I must admit I didn't remember last year's, so thanks for that video + reminder, too! and I agree, you DID intensify the excitement this year, and I think with adding the Cable car, and the different levels/heights in the scene. I never expected a cable car thingy to have such an impact. <more applause for this idea>

Now it will be really difficult next year... lol. I gave you something to ponder about in the Sculptures thread, a different direction, a new world... which is something that was suggested here in the Frequently-Suggested-Ideas-list as well, with several ideas...

But for now - enjoy what you have! and many thanks again for letting us participate!

Thank you DD for your words of praise.
And thank you all who have made this trip with me.
Some quietly while enjoying the view, some with helpful comments and valuable encouragement.
Thank you Anna and your moderators for allowing me to use your Forum for this.

Yes, next year is another challenge but you already gave some very nice and useful tips.
For this year I am ready, I will first enjoy the view for sixty more days.
Then our Elephant Herd slowly comes out of hibernation to take the place of the cable car.
And in three hundred days it will be time to start working on a new landscape, perhaps a new world.

For now I want to raise the glass with Glühwein or less alcoholic content on cooperation and friendship with you, in this place where the big world can suddenly become very small and cozy.

    CHEERS!!!!
