So where were we (and thanks for the hint to use bigger pics Dread)
Aha, discovering the big wall created as one Sand sculpture.
In the middle we see our fellow Jungle Explorer in a little awkward situation with a monkey stealing his food or at least the monkey tries to. Goo to see the Meerkat keeps an eye on it.

Can't believe they're built without any adhesives. So detailed, just gorgeous!

Yes, it is really amazing! Even rain or storm doesn't seem to influence the structure. Only human hands can do harm..

Watching the left side of the Explorer's display we see a real waterfall nicely integrated in the sculpture.
And do you notice the difference in structure that provides to see the striping of the Zebra?
Above the Zebra you can see the Armadillo. In the photo on the right you see him together with Mouflons while an Eagle flying past the rocks.
Could he be escaped from that Arab Falconer we know or is it one of the Bald Eagles from the Zoo?

And of course there must Elephants (or at least one) and on the rocks sneaks a Panther looking for a nice meal. Did you know that even our Black Panthers have spots although though to see by their dark fur?

    wow, Wahnsinn
This time also thanks, Ruud, for mentioning the "hidden animals". Sometimes it's like a Hidden Object game!

my question now is: do you know how many ppl work on such a sculpture like the zoo or one of the others? that can't be the work of one artist?

And the last animals of the Zoo, although the Panda was found in the building in which the Puzzle tour was organized. Last year one Dutch Zoo 'rented' two Pandas from China and the Puzzle tour was a travel through the time.

Next one was once mentioned for our Wish list, although fingers crossed Devs won't choose to place Animal faces on that rocks

Yes it really is! On the right side of the display is a paper with all Animals mentioned that are on that huge one.
And to answer your question: There is certainly working a whole team of artists and staff members working on this huge project!
There are a couple of vids on YouTube from this festival but we already found out that sharing links doesn't work here because of international restrictions. So I made some screenshots for an impression of how it is made.

After the bottomless boxes are filled with River sand al lot of water is added. Next step is drilling the Sand to a compact mass.

The design is first drawn on paper and stored on the telephone so that the paper with all that wet sand cannot get wet and therefore unusable to use. The wood is then removed where necessary.

The boxes are designed to work with the Sand in layers. After twood is taken away the sand will be removed with a shovel to reveal the rough lines. The Tent is build AFTER the boxes were prepared.

Here you see the artists at work. They use all kinds of fine tools for big and small details.

The finishing touche and the pride in his face about the results.
And after that the environment will be dressed up with plants, pavement and so on
