Request for help exclamation point!!

Is there anyway the EXCLAMATION point could be a different color (say green) for those requests you could fill? Frustrating to go to a town and realize you have only 7 sugar cane but need 9 to fill and by the time you go back to your town and harvest and then go back to help, the request is gone...The server lag doesn't help either but that is another topic
