Is there a way to do this? I have searched online but all i can find is contact support via the app which i did but haven't heard from anyone yet and the automated message says the chat isn't regularly monitored!? I have to return my old phone to the company so its quite urgent..

Wouldn't this be an easy fix by allowing us to link to our google play account like most other games?!
