Sudden random crashes started suddenly 27th August

Been playing long time without issues, suddenly since yesterday I'm being booted off, sometimes without even touching the screen. If I uninstall, will I lose all progress?

The same has been happening to me but i uninstalled and reinstalled it but it still was the same, you wont lose your progress if you are connected to the internet, i sent a message to help and support and they sent a message saying the development team are looking into this issue.

bonjour depuis ce matin mon jeu est de retour à zéro et il ne sauvegarde plus, j'ai un message qui me dit que la sauvegarde est impossible pour le moment, j'ai désinstallé et réinstallé mais toujours pareil , je ne peux plus jouer... que des problèmes avec ce jeu depuis la nouvelle maj!! pas la peine de me dire de voir avec le support je les ai deja contacté mais je sais que je n'aurais pas de réponse comme dhabitude...

bonsoir , pour les bugs en jeu le support m'a répondu et apparement ça vient d'un problème du jeu sur la version Windows, donc patience ils s'en occupent

Not crashing but weird glitch, reset to first level, but kept all building progress in place?? Also cannot connect to saved game

The program starts, but closes again shortly after 'play' is pressed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program but it has not helped. What happens? Apparently, there are several who have the problem. Isn't there anyone who can help?
