Hi I was very Advance but one day ir get érase like 100 level i want ti know if you could recovered my advances.

Hi,

What happened before you lost your progress? Did you switch devices, reinstalled the game, etc? You should report this issue directly from within your game (Settings > Help and Support), and give them as many details about your previous progress as you can, and they will help you out.
