Limiting my star earnings

Dear Playrix
It has been a while since I am unable to earn stars and instead I’m forced to play the “open chest” which earns me no star at all and hence I can’t proceed to build further .
Every time the timer expires it renews itself automatically thus only limiting me to the “open chest “ again .
If this is intentional, then why because I think it is not fair . I am stuck ( no fault of my own) at level 4741
Please advise

Hi,

This happens only when you reached the end of available levels. Until new levels are added (which happens every week, usually on Thursdays), you can play the "chest levels", that award only boosters/coins.
When new levels are introduced, you will continue getting stars for those and proceed with the garden.
