    Well . I already send 2 help and support thought that way , but they keep saying: please send a ticket within game , report an issue button will take me to website and I have to make it this way . they won't give my 300 T cash which I won from reggataoke contest and closing the ticket

    As i don't use instagram i can't say for sure, but is there a way to send a direct message to the admin there who ran the contest (Nadja if i understood correctly)? Since the forum and instagram are separately maintained, there's no way for us to contact them.

    What you can still try though, is to send another message, and give them all details about the situation, that you can't sent a proper in-game report, etc., and give them your invite code, co-op tag and town name, so they can find your account (they can't do that with just your town name). That way, they can give you the contest reward.

    Well . I already send them many of my account details such as in game name , level, clan name and rank , last WiFi used and last login time and some other things but they send a automated message of send a report in game and when I reply they say the same thing again . but thanks I will retry

    OK I finally found a way to send my Gmail with all the details needed . all I had to do was to press report an issue and press back button 2 times to get a complete action page to select Gmail , and than I send it to them hopefully I get my contest reward

    Unfortunately, this is not correct. It is not the exact same place. From the experience I've had over the past couple weeks, Report An Issue is absolutely useless and you will never get a human response from anyone.

    I have a secondary town on an ipad 2 running iOS 9.3.6. According to playrix website, this is still supported to play the game (meets minimum standards). I used to be able to click "Help and Support" and send a ticket directly in game from this device. However, when the Halloween update was installed, it changed to Report An Issue. When you click report an issue, it takes you out of Township to the Playrix Helpshift website in your internet browser. Using the "Contact Us" page on that site is the only way I can currently contact them (do not have access to the ingame support ticket).

    I am on my third try now sending a ticket through Report An Issue and am not hopeful. First ticket I sent and got an automatic reply from them telling me they can't help me until I submit a ticket in game (they gave instructions for the "Help and Support" method). I replied saying I couldn't do this, sent screenshots, gave my device info/operating system, town name and code. Got same generic response back saying to submit a ticket through Help and Support in game. I replied again. They closed my ticket without sending any response.

    Sent 2nd ticket. Got same automatic response multiple times. I kept replying saying I still needed assistance and asking a supervisor to read my messages, but it's been almost 2 weeks, and I haven't heard back.

    Started my third ticket last night. Got first response telling me to submit a new request in game, so I sent detailed email reply with my issues explaining again that I cannot use Help and Support like their instructions say. Got 2nd same generic response this morning telling me to submit a new request from within the game. I replied again. Now I wait for my next generic response I guess.

    I am lucky this is only affecting my secondary town. At this point, I really don't care about the issue I reported, it's the principle of the matter that is frustrating. I feel bad for anyone that is stuck with Report An Issue on their main town.
