Are you playing on a MAC Michelle? Lots of us didn't get it either - though some in our co-op did. Hopefully the rest will roll out soon..... if not I will be sending in a report to the support team.

I tried restart my game and my macbook, didn't work

There is another thread on this subject. Some in our co-op got their rewards and some of us didn't. I have sent in a report to Playrix - I suggest others do as well. Hopefully they will look into it if they see it's a widespread problem. Originally Posted by reisya

I would suggest reporting it through your game - the more reports they get, the more likely they are to look into it. Originally Posted by Michelle Frank

Problem with latest event
I have just completed the latest event and acheived chief rocketeer . Unfortunately I have not received my rewards (50 cash epic animal set and new picture profile). The spare items in my barn have been purchased by the dealer but no rewards . I am playing on MacBook Pro . Could you please let me know what has happened?
