Would love an 'are you sure' option, when accidentally hitting refresh at the market! Happened a few times now, and lost the chance of much needed items, as well as Township cash. We get one when leaving games, and at decision making points in your other games. Would certainly prevent me from having any further minor tantrums.

Go into your game settings. There is a confirmation for spending T-cash. It doesn't work everywhere but definitively with the market refresh.
