Encouraging players to use the Team feature

It would be awesome if the top "Helpers" could get a reward at the end of the week, to encourage players to use the feature and boost lives. There are loads of teams where only a few people actively support each other and it can be frustrating.

I was thinking milestones or something gives coins or a power-up. If you help 20,40,60,80 & 100 times. Then the Top Helper gets something special.
