I enjoy the game but do not understand why we need to pay $2.99 each time our fish bank is full. We earn those diamonds by playing and winning, then we are charged money for them. Believe this is unfair.

The diamonds that go into the fishy bank are diamonds you would not have earned normally. It is merely a way to buy diamonds at a discounted price, it does not take away from what you can win/earn in the game.
