Be sure to send your ships to Fisherman Island when you buy the Otter Farm. If you have fish to feed them you get many more rewards compared to eggs or bacon. Plus, fish only takes 3 hours vs 4 for bacon and 4.5 for eggs.

I get the message, too. Must be a bug.

FYI: You'll need 107 bricks, 34 electric drills and 33 jackhammers to construct it.
I started saving the tools when the regular ppl got the update months ago. Which really turned out to be a mistake as my barn has been ripping at the seams for waaaaaaaay toooooooo looooong. Hope that the bug is fixed soon for you Gus.

Argus, You get to increase population with building more large buildings for your efforts. Meh. I stuck my shipyard in the back with ugly factories. Sorry, it just has no appeal to me whatsoever.

Oh yeah Argus. Since I keep so much undeveloped land it didn't occur to me that the increased population unlocks land expansions like Joe said.
