Thread: Crashes

    I have been playing Gardenscape for a long time (level 2208). I recently moved it to a new LG tablet. The game crashes upon loading. I am unable to get past the bumper crop screen before it crashes. As such I cant file an in game ticket.

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice.
    I have updated OS of the device
    I have cleared the cache

    Not sure what else to do.

    You should check if the new device meets the minimum system requirements. If it does and that's not the problem, you can contact support by using this online form. Make sure you let them know that you're unable to enter the game to send a report directly from there.
