I have a suggestion STOP accusing people of cheeting and then ignoring them have the decency to reply to numerous e mails and give full explanations of your findings not a half hearted automatic reply

When you cheat or violate Playrix's fair play policy your progress can be fully or partially reset and you could get banned/blocked from the game.

How on earth can you cheat in this game? It’s no fun to cheat anyway because you didn’t really earn whatever it is you get. I have not heard of any issues with this.

I don't know what the stats are for Fishdom, but dozens and probably hundreds of innocent Township players have been accused of cheating and banned from their games. It's a huge problem.
