In real life (IRL) ETA usually means estimated time of arrival, it still confused me here as short for Edited To Add
lol again - this *is* RL, too and just like learning another language. But you're right, ETA esp. has three common / often used meanings (third is political, so I don't name it here), which can lead to confusion. But knowing that, there's usually only one of them fitting in context.

and you can of course write "edit: ..."
